We specialise in slow cooked pulled meats such as pork, lamb and beef, tastefully sandwiched inside a demi brioche with salad and home made condiments. Not to forget our fish and vegetarian Baps on offer as well.
We like to emphasise the thoughtful accompaniments in each Bap, which perfectly compliment the main filling for a balanced finish.
The 'Pickle' in our name is just as important to us: pickled chillies, mushrooms, gherkins, shallots and beetroots are just some of the ingredients you will find in our baps and our salads.
Bap and Pickle is the brainchild of Hereford boy Rupert Davis (formally of Street Kitchen and Patty and Bun).
After 10 years in the industry Rupert wanted to create a unique but simple food offer, using slow cooked meats in order to deliver as much flavour as possible.
Bap and Pickle reflects Rupert's strong philosophy that the meat should be free range, rare breed and raised to the highest standards.
